How are you?

So we've pushed through one of the toughest times in our lives.  The first half of 2020.  Almost all of us had big plans for the year and just like that it all changed.  Some of us lost friends/family (our deepest condolences), some of us lost our jobs and some of us lost our sanity by trying to homeschool our kids, etc.

We just wanted to ask...

We know it hasn't been easy.  We've all been impacted one way or another by this pandemic.  These days there is a lot of tension and stress with trying to find some normalcy in our lives.  We've pulled together some tips on how to manage anxiety.

We are in a place where all we can do is pray for the best and prepare for what's expected to come.  We hope you give these tips a try.
