Great Customer Service and Your happiness is what we strive for here at Surita Simone.

Timeframe: Items can only be returned within 7 days of delivery.  Surita Simone does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. All returns must be submitted to info@suritasimone.com

Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items at our facility, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return.

Defective Items

All products are checked multiple times before being shipped to ensure they arrive in the best condition.  If you received the wrong item(s) or your item(s) is defective/flawed, please send an email to info@suritasimone.com with your order number.

Please let us know within 7 days of receiving any of the items arrived flawed, defective, or if you receive the wrong items.

Example of defects: 
-Stone falling out.  Please note, your items are delicate and require you to treat them as such, so if you're twerking screaming AYE AYE while moving your head around to see yourself getting it and a stone comes out well, that may not be our fault...we're just saying!
-Broken clasp (before it's worn)
-Incorrect item(s) received
This must be completed on the day that you receive your shipment. This will allow us to assess the situation and take corrective action if necessary. 

Damaged Items

We are not responsible for the following:  Items damaged or lost in transit.  Items damaged or lost in the buyers possession. 

If your item was damaged in transit, please submit a claim to USPS.  All packages are insured up to $100, see here for more info.  You can submit your claim here.

Return Timeframe: Please ensure that items are sent back within seven days from the date the return was processed.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchange on sale items or gift cards.
