Great Customer Service and Your happiness is what we strive for here at Surita Simone.

We take the safety and hygiene of our customers very seriously, which is why we do not accept returns for reasons other than a defective item.  Our accessories, particularly those designed for piercings or other susceptible parts of the body, are not eligible for returns due to health and safety reasons.  For hygienic purposes all jewelry, accessories, and nail sales are FINAL.

Damages and issues

All products are checked multiple times before being shipped to ensure they arrivein the best condition.  Please let us know within 7 days of receiving any of the items arrived flawed,  defective, or if you receive the wrong items.  Taking pictures and sending them to support@suritasimone.com is the fastest way to get assistance.  This must be completed on the day that you receive your shipment. 
This will allow us to assess the situation and take corrective action if necessary. 
If you send something to us after 7 days of receiving your items, it will not be our responsibility.

We are not responsible for the following:  Items damaged or lost in transit.  Items damaged or lost in the buyers possession. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchange on sale items or gift cards.
