Items in unused and original condition are eligible for returns within 7 days by mail with original receipt/electronic receipt lookup.

Damaged/defective merchandise may be returned online. Shipping charges are non-refundable. E-Gift Cards are non-returnable.

The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded with the exception of damaged/defective merchandise.

We are not responsible for the following:  Items damaged or lost in transit.  Items damaged or lost in the buyer's possession.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, pre-loved, white items, t-shirts, bodysuits, leggings, custom, sale, discounted, clearance items, or accessories/bags.
