Return Policy:

• Timeframe: Items can only be accepted for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Surita Simone does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. To start return go here.
• Personalized Items: Personalized items are not eligible for return or exchanges. No exceptions can be made in this regard.
• Processing Time: Once we receive your returned items at our facility, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return.
